phytons at my backyard

"We had a great view outside my dining room window. One snake kept falling and would climb the trees and back onto to roof to have another go. He did this three times."

These were the words of an Austrialian homeowner Cheryl Judd, from here (facebook page) who captured footage of two huge male pythons battling each other for the right to mate with a female just outside her dining room window.
But someone commented on the post by saying:

"These carpet pythons are not fighting, this is their mating courtship ceremony. I've looked after carpet pythons for many years, these movements are typical of courtship. Male pythons don't fight with each other over territory or females unlike humans."
 hmm!
